75CL.SG has the answers. We’re committed to giving our customers the best possible online wine buying experience. The links below summarise the answers to some of the most common queries we receive, however we’re always happy to hear from customers, you can contact us directly.

 

Q: What type of payment can I use?

A: You can pay via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover) through PayPal or a PayPal Account.

Q: Which countries do you deliver to?

A: We only deliver within Singapore at the moment.

Q: What are the delivery charges?

A:

  • Orders below $150 are subject to a $15 delivery charge.
  • Enjoy FREE delivery when you spend a minimum of $150
  • Express deliveries will be charged at $30

Q: How long will it take for my wine to be delivered?

A: Orders made online, will be process by our friendly staff and they will get in touch with you to arrange for the delivery. All orders will be delivered within 48 hours of it being processed, excluding public holiday as we are closed then.

Urgent deliveries are available with a surcharge of $30.

Q: What is our showroom operating hours?

A: 75CL Tasting Lab: Mon - Fri, 12pm - 8pm, Saturday, 12pm - 6pm. Closed on Sunday & PH

 

BASICS

Q: How do I buy online?

A: For first time users,

  • You can purchase without creating an account. On check out, just provide your contact, billing and shipping information.
  • You can register your account upon check out by clicking on the Create an account? checkbox after providing your contact, billing and shipping information. 
  • For registered users, log in using your username and password On check out, your saved contact, billing and shipping information will be used. Afterwards, you can choose to pay either through Credit Card via PayPal or a PayPal Account.

Q. Where is my cart and how do I add an item?

A: You can view your cart by clicking My Cart at the top left corner of the Desktop Website and under the search box on the Mobile Website.

To add an item, simply click the Add or Add to cart buttons.

Q: How do I remove my item in the cart?

A: Open the My Cart page and click on the remove button next to the item you wish to delete.

Q: I am looking for a certain wine but it is not listed on the website. How can I get them?

A: Unfortunately not all the wines that we carry are available on the website yet. You can email us at enquiry@75cl.sg or call 6479 4506 to check if the wine is available.

Q: How do I track my online order?

A: Simply log in to your account and click on the My Cellar link (beside the My Cart link) to check your order history. If you have any specific questions about your order, please email us at enquiry@75cl.sg or call 6479 4506.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: Once you have received an email notifying that the order is being processed, it is not possible to cancel or stop the shipment. You can call 6479 4506 for more information regarding your order.

Q: What do I do if I forget my password or user login?

A: Click the “Forgot your Password?” link below the login form and follow the directions.

If you forgot your username or email address that you used for your account, kindly call us at 6479 4506 for assistance.

Q: How do I edit my personal or shipping information?

A: Login to your account, click on the My Cellar link and from there you will be able make the changes to your account, billing and shipping information.

Q: How secure is the information I provide to 75CL.SG?

A: We make every effort to protect personal data against unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, copying, use, alteration, accidental loss or theft, destruction or damage. Thus, we implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order, or enter, submit, or access your personal information. In terms of website connection, 75cl.sg pages all run from secured connection with security certificate. This Web site is secured with a GeoTrust Inc on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.

Q: What are the delivery charges?

Q: Who can receive my order?

A: The delivery must be received by persons aged 18 or above. We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID for verification.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing?

A: We strive to make sure this never happens but in the event that it does, kindly indicate on the delivery note and we will rectify the issue.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: A replacement or refund may be accorded in case of undrinkable wine, wrong delivery and breakage of wines in the process of delivering to you.
