A Stringent Procurement Process
We only retail wines that we have personally tasted and would purchase ourselves. To ensure that we offer only the highest quality wines, we employ a rigorous procurement process:
- The first tasting will be conducted with the procurement team traveling to winery and to tastes the wine while understanding the wine-making philosophy held by producers.
- After which, samples are shipped back for 2nd tasting within the company. Only wines that receive an internal 80% satisfaction rate will be shortlisted.
- A final tastings are conducted with industrial experts and customers to gauge market acceptance.
