This is the heritage of Villa Crespia: 6 lands, 6 wines. Vineyards vinified separately and then assembled according to their origin. In the cellar, vintages are aged in stainless steel and wood tanks, and then selected and valorized in the final assembly. The vineyards of Novalia are called Bettolino, Martore, Santo Stefano, Casina, Torbiere. They lie on soils of glacial and fluvial origin. Clay loam soils, with frequent presence of gravely sediments. The climate is continental.

Franciacorta morenic hills are linked to fluvial-glacial angles and with other areas more or less rich in clay. This variability in soils designs different landscapes that had been described for the first time by the zoning project performed at the beginning of the ’90s in the last century.
