Alvaredos-Hobbs is a collaboration between Paul Hobbs and Galician growers in Ribeira Sacra, focused on steep, terraced vineyards along the river valleys. Specialising in indigenous varieties like Mencía and Godello, the project produces vibrant, mineral-driven wines that combine Atlantic freshness with precision winemaking.
