Tedeschi boasts a long family tradition in winemaking stretching back to 1630. It specialises in the traditional winery techniques in the Valpolicella region and have pioneered the re-emergence of centuries-old indigenous vines, offering the best interpretation of "terroir". The purchase of the Maternigo Estate in the Valpolicella D.O.C. area has enabled the company to become totally self-sufficient as regards fruit supply. The winery also practices green environment through reducing environmental impact via organic farming.
