Inherited by Cellar Master Eugène Laurent in 1881, the Alphonse Pierlot Champagne House was used to produce the avant-garde Laurent Perrier champagnes. Eugène purchased vines in the very best terroirs of Bouzy, Tours-sur-Marne, and Ambonnay, excavated 800 metres of cellars, and set up a tasting laboratory. Today, the fully-fledged estate is where one the world's most esteemed Champagne brands is produced.
